Le Triomphe de la croix / The Triumph of the Cross Miki Hardy

Le péché a été vaincu à la Croix ! Alors qu'il était sur terre, Jésus avait un corps comme le nôtre, et faisait face aux mêmes tentations que nous, mais contrairement à nous, Il n'a pas péché. La Bible nous dit que sans le sang versé, il n'y a pas de pardon des péchés. Dieu a envoyé Son Fils pour être le parfait sacrifice : Il a versé son propre sang, pour ôter le péché de l'humanité, une fois pour toutes. Nous ne sommes plus appelés à offrir des sacrifices pour nos péchés, Jésus a triomphé du péché à la Croix, Il a tout accompli pour nous! 


Sin was defeated at the Cross! While He was on earth, Jesus had a body like ours, and faced the same temptations we do; but unlike us, He did not sin. The Bible tells us that without the shedding of blood there can be no forgiveness of sin. God sent His Son to be the perfect sacrifice, who shed His own blood once and for all, to take away the sin of mankind. We are no longer called to offer sacrifices for our sins, Jesus has triumphed over sin at the Cross, He has done it all for us!
